TV Recording via Timers ?

Sorry if the topic has already been discussed... but after using Tvheadend for a long time, everything was OK also after the update.

However, today I wanted to add TV program recording in the Timers option via a web browser and nothing happens, i.e. you can't edit old entries or add new ones?
maybe someone knows what the reason might be. Recording works fine according to old entries but you can't add new ones :-)

OK, I think I've already found information that this is some kind of bug in the Tvheadend program... I guess I have to wait for a fix for browsers that have this bug. For me, editing and new recording entries don't work in the browser: google-chrome and firefox... and it worked on Vivaldi :-)

ski007 - You are correct, this is a known issue that has already been addressed.

Unfortunately, the system that is used to build TVH is currently out of order. Once this system is repaired and TVH can be built again, an updated version of TVH with this bug fixed will be available.

If you have the IT skills, you can patch this yourself using the instructions provided by @Knocker in the forum post.

thanks for the info @DeltaMikeCharlie / @Knocker.... the fix works perfectly it already works in google chrome :-)
only in my LinuxMint system the path to the file was:
/usr/share/tvheadend/src/webui/static
and then
cp tvh.js.gz tvh.js.gz.orig; gunzip -c tvh.js.gz.orig | sed 's/RegExp.escape(r.get(this.valueField))/RegExp.escape(String(r.get(this.valueField)))/' | gzip > tvh.js.gz
