No Italian channels with the DVBSky T9580 and Tvheadend.

Hello everyone,

I have a DVBSky T9580 PCIe TV tuner DVB-S/S2 card and use it with Tvheadend.

I can receive German channels, Arabic channels, ORF, and a few other programs without any problems.
But I cannot receive any Italian channels.

The LNB and Unicable settings are configured correctly and match the satellite settings.

As firmware, I am using dvb-demod-m88ds3103.fw.

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this or which settings I should check?

Where is your signal coming from? You are trying to receive signals from two different satellites; 19.2E and 13E. This will need a rotator to move your dish to point at the correct satellite.

I am from Germany.

On my receiver I can watch both Italian and German channels without a rotor, because I use a multi-feed / dual-LNB setup (1 satellite position, 2 LNBs). The switching is done via DiSEqC or Unicable, so there is no need to move the dish.

So it should actually work the same way with the DVBSky T9580 and Tvheadend, but currently I am not getting the Italian transponders in Tvheadend.

OK apologies, I'm not familiar with dual-LNB systems. Maybe someone else will be able to resolve your problem.
