B60 firmware for Si2168 chipset needed!

Hello hope you can all help. Im in a bit if a pickle, I use the Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD tuner on my latest version Ubuntu server. Currently I have version B40 firmware, but it struggles or sometimes doesnt pick up HD channels because when TVH referances the device as its dvb input, it can only see it as a dvb-T and not a T2. The device supports T2 with the correct firmware. That correct firmware is B60 (NOT D60 that is online). It apparently exists but is no longer distributed from Linux/github repositories. Does someone have the b60 firmware to share me or know of a developer that still has it?

Daniel Morgan I use the WinTV-dualHD tuner on UK DVB-T/T2 with no problems. I did have to find and manually install the firmware file dvb-demod-si2168-b40-01.fw as it wasn't supplied with OSMC.

Searching for that filename gives several sources, however it seems that they have different internal version numbers. The one I have is 4.0.2, I also see mention of 4.0.11 and 4.0.25.

davep ah ok in which case might be safe sticking to the same one as yours. So tvh tv tuner showed up as t2 instead of just T for you?

Woukd you be kind enough to share your fw file version?

The hardware I'm using is maybe 7 - 10 years old, and it's not unknown for Hauppauge to change their devices while keeping the model name unchanged, so you may need a later version. Good luck!
