Greetings to all:

I want to start a project to be able to receive and transmit channels through satellite to my very small community, the reason is because there are no nearby companies that provide cable TV service and I would like to be able to give this service to my family

My question is, can I receive satellite signal on my Tv Headend server using IKS keys to be able to access all the channels coming from the satellite Star One C4? via a TBS 6909 x V2 card and be able to send them, Any help or comments I will appreciate them very kindly

Have the other people in your community purchased the legal right to view the content?
