Okay, I take it back. When I ran the m3u it immediately mapped the services, but the channel won't come up, I get the error "No Free Adapter available". Maybe because I don't have streamlink installed, I am going to look into it. I have the file streamlink_for_tvh_container.sh but the first instruction is to put it into a directory /custom-cont-init.d which doesn't exist, or at least I can't find it.
If I am understanding the sequence, the plutotv.py script is meant to get the latest information about the channels and the streamlink program tells it what to do with it via the pipe command. I really need to learn more about this stuff.
