Configuration Tab missing in UI tvheadend interface

Hi Every one,
I'm new in this forum and not much familiar with Linux, Running Ubuntu latest version, managed to get UI tvheadend interface, i configured once, but now configuration tab is missing to do additional configuration.

can someone guide me how to get back configuration tab.

Thanks Flole for your reply, as far as i remember i created single user name and password for myself but not sure i have given necessary permission for myself, is there anyway to retrieve user/pass and do the configuration once again.

AliSLR You can sign in as the superuser, the credentials are stored in plain text in the Tvheadend configuration directory. Or you can start Tvheadend with the noacl option, which will disable the permission system so you can access Tvheadend even without specifying a valid password.

Could not find plant text file in the tvheadend configuration directory, as i can see the directory created today, while yesterday i done the configuration, seems something is wrong, what's noacl option and how to use it, Thanks for your help.

The problem was different, but the solution is identical. You either need to login, with the credentials that you have given (the standard ubuntu installation requires you to setup the admin user for tvheadend, most uncommon), or you do the noacl, that is with authentication.
And then you set the configuration option for the user with which you want to log in.

That looks vastly different. You installed from some snap resources? It seems you have several instances running at the same time.
Here it looks pretty much in the link that I suggested. Did you try more than one installations?
I suggest, you remove whatever you installed w.r.t tvheadend. And then you check that there is nothing left but
00:00:00 grep --color=auto tv

And then follow

Thanks for your help, due to other issues on Ubuntu 24.04 I downgraded to 22.04 and will let you know.
