What do I need to setup tvheadend? Currently I did install my tvheadened on raspberrypi, but it doesnt find any tuners ( i have zgemma h11s running, but 0 output)

Not sure what u mean. I have enigma 2 installed on zgemma, nothing else.
Apologies, I was unfamiliar with that device. I assumed it was internal whereas it seems to be external.
I'm not sure that I can help, but if you can restate your question, perhaps somebody else may be able to.
You have an Enigma2 device and a Raspberry Pi running TVH. What exactly are you trying to achieve?

Basically I am trying to setup tvheadend as a server for any device which would run it smoothly and stream it within house to other tv's. At the moment, I have raspberry pi rrunning tvheadend but it doesnt find any channels, it doesnt find any m3u channels, muxes, it doesnt even find TUNERS, I assume tuners are needed for tvheadend to find any channels at all.
Overally, i am not sure what i need to run tvheadend, there isnt many tutorials how to set it up, what equipment i need. I would love to get own IPTV tv but not sure where to start.
matt s is your tuner visible on your network. You’ll probably need minisatip installed to expose it to your network. You’ll probably get more detailed information on a Zgemma forum.

Install minisatip on the Zgemma. You basically want to expose the Zgemma to your network before you can use it in TVH. Have a quick read of this as well. https://www.techkings.org/threads/zgemma-and-tvheadend.154741/

If you have a tuner for the old system you can use enigma2 boxes as set top boxes for tvheadend, I do this myself, I have a number of Zgemma boxes using TVHeadend as the tv server.
That;s the best solution seems, just dont get it what i need to do exactly.
matt s you’d really be better off searching the web yourself for a satisfactory solution. E2 receivers are a little bit of a “grey” area and I’d prefer not to start a discussion on that subject as it usually ends up going in the wrong direction. You have enough information to search yourself now. Sorry I could not be of more help.

matt s you’ve probably worked out why so. Is there a particular reason why you need to use a Zgemma box to watch TV in TVH. There are plenty of other alternative tuners more suited to your needs. A good knowledge of E2 receivers is required which you won’t get here. Register at Techkings and ask your questions there.

My experience with more older Octagon SF1028p dual tuner and TVH directly installed is "TVH work OK"
But there need to be released tuner aka not configured in E2
Similar to pc situation, tuner hardware cannot be shared.
Other scenario is to install SAT>IP server on STB,
minisatip or better SatPI Barracuda09/SATPI
