kodi addon never connect to tvheadend server

I,
I have installed tvheadend, kodi and kodi-pvr-hts-dbg package on a fresh stretch raspbian distribution. I managed to configure tvheadend as I succeed in recording tv films. I created two users, one admin and one normal user. Tvheadend is launched with root rights in order to update the system time. My raspberry is not connected to internet.
My problem is that the kodi-pvr-hts-dbg addon never connect to tvheadend server.
I updated non admin user rights in tvheadend with all htsp capabilities, entered login/passwd in kodi addon. I am still stucked.

Let's test something simple.
Go toConfiguration > General > Basic and there onHTTP server Setting changeAuthentication type value to "Both plan and digest"

A little bit forward.
First, I changed the authetification type.
Second, in the addon configuration, I switch from 0.0.0.0 to 127.0.0.1.
Now, I have the message saying that kodi is unable to reach the server.
Please find below the new kodi.log.
In the /etc/default/tvheadend file, I changed the log value from 0 to 1 (log to syslog).

I joined also the tvheadend extract from syslog.

According to your screen copy, the limit connection is 10. Mine is 0. So I changed to 10 but nothing more...

Yes! it works!
I think that the configuration which work is :
- in the addon use 127.0.0.1 instead of 0.0.0.0
- insert in the addon login and password
- in tvheadend, configure user count with htsp capabilities

- in tvheadend, do not use ip filter (allowed network : 0.0.0.0/0)
