Hello,

I've been running tvheadend without any problem for several months.

Yesterday I've done an upgrade from 4.0.9-1~g7f3fb87~trusty to 4.0.9-4~gac9e47d~trusty and after that I'm having problems to get it running correctly again.

After I've rebooted the machine the service couldn't get started. I've enabled debugging and in the syslog I could see that permissions were missing:

After I've given the permissions the service is starting but the Webinterface is not available.

The Webinterface is just loading and doesn't show any result (it was loading now for 30 minutes and in the past it was shown after a second).

I've tried to open the Webinterface directly on the server in Chrome, on my laptop in Chrome and IE and also on my mobile in the browser. Just to avoid a client-problem.

In kodi I also don't get a connection to tvheadend:

The webserver shouldn't be the problem because other websites are shown on the server correctly (there is also fhem running on the same server without any problem).

Any idea is welcome!
