Tvheadend

The recording of a transmission can have several kinds of problems (continuity errors, signal problems, a decoding key arrived too late, ...). It would be great if tvheadend could take notes of how many of these problems happened during a single recording and could report it in the final status. This would permit one to later discover and discard a faulting recording (scheduling again on the next repetition or on another channel) or even to discover some kind of problem with a card, a mux, or other.
