I would like to ask about the new TVHeadend 4.3.x development branch and what improvements have been implemented compared to the previous stable version.
Specifically, I am interested in understanding:
What are the main new features or improvements in the 4.3.x version?
Has performance or stability been improved in live streaming or recording services?
Are there any changes in EPG handling, transcoding, or service mapping?
Has the web interface or API been updated?

I would also like to know if the following features are already supported or planned:
- HLS output (m3u8 playlists)
- Multicast output (UDP / RTP streaming)
- Any improvements in adaptive streaming or compatibility with external players
