When "Merge channels" is enabled during service mapping, and the channels do not have a provider-assigned number, the numbers attributed to the mapped channels are non-contiguous (i.e. they don't follow each other).
For example, if the IPTV Automatic network sets "Number channels from" to 900, the mapped channels get the numbers: 900, 902, 905 etc...
It seems the services are numbered first, then merged, instead of merged first, then numbered.
