User name and or password

Just installed and setup my Ubuntu version of TVheadend but I must have mistyped the user name or password. How do I recover?

Rob where I am today. I can get to the OScam screen. I can see my user name and password in the edit and show as admin. Try as I might I cannot get past the 127.0.0 … challenge.

You can try running TVH with the --noacl command line parameter. You can then get into the user/password details and rename/reset as required. Remove --noacl once complete.

If it is a very new installation and you have done nothing with it, you could just delete your TVH configuration files from your home directory and re-run the Setup Wizard.

DeltaMikeCharlie not clear I guess. I cannot find the tvh files and removing and reinstalling did the same thing. When I try to open TVHeadend it takes me to the browser and message says Sign in. Http//127….,, username password. It won’t take the username and password I entered during setup.
