Nigel Smith With the potential demise of DTTV (free view) and SAT (Freesat) in the distant future, the replacement seems to be Freely over broadband, I wonder if anyone has looked to connect a freely box (like https://www.freely.co.uk/products/streaming-devices/manhattan-aero-4k-tv-streamer) to TV Headend. Currently, I’m using Sat>IP with freesat, and that works great - it would be perfect if a similar approach could be done with these new Freely boxes.
davep I very much doubt it. Freely is a package of streaming feeds from the various channels, all of which are encrypted. The output of the freely box you mention is HDMI. There is AFAIK no way to get hold of the unencrypted data.
