I'm trying to set-up my SAT-IP TV, but, untill now just failed.
LibereELEC (version 12.2.1) with installed TVheadend-Server (verison12.2.0.3) on Raspberry Pi-3.
Sat to IP Server is a Kathrein EXIP 418
Based on this guideline

I made the configuration in the web interface and followed the instruction go get the rest.
When running the networks force-scan the following happens:

- mpegts: 11406V in Astra 19.2E - scan no data, failed
- subscription: 0023: "scan" unsubscribing
- mpegts: 11442V in Astra 19.2E - tuning on SAT>IP DVB-S Tuner #1 (myIP@UDP)
- subscription: 0026: "scan" subscribing to mux "11442V", weight: 6, adapter: "SAT>IP DVB-S - - Tuner #1 (myIP@UDP)", network: "Astra 19.2E", service: "Raw PID Subscription"
- mpegts: 11473V in Astra 19.2E - tuning on SAT>IP DVB-S Tuner #2 (myIP@UDP)
- subscription: 0027: "scan" subscribing to mux "11473V", weight: 6, adapter: "SAT>IP DVB-S - - Tuner #2 (myIP@UDP)", network: "Astra 19.2E", service: "Raw PID Subscription"
- satip: SAT>IP DVB-S Tuner #1 (myIP@UDP) - RTSP SETUP error -5 (Input/output error) [6-503]
- satip: SAT>IP DVB-S Tuner #2 (myIP@UDP) - RTSP SETUP error -5 (Input/output error) [6-503]
- mpegts: 11473V in Astra 19.2E - scan no data, failed
- subscription: 0027: "scan" unsubscribing

implementing the suggested did still result in the above output.
Anyone any suggestions how to fix the problem.
