Steam TV channels over the internet

Hi,
I have been using TV headend on Kodi for a fair few years now, but utilising a DVB S1 tuner.
Now I would like a smaller box such as a Raspberry PI which cannot house a Sat tuner.
I was wondering if I can still get the same Freeview live TV over the internet without having to go through an App?
My objective it to still use the TV guide on Kodi's home screen
I have noticed IPTV which I assumed was over the internet, or am I barking up the wrong tree?

It's not true that you can't house a satellite tuner on a Raspberry Pi.

Take a look HERE, perhaps this is a solution for you. It's been recommended here several times before. Before you consider buying it, please note that shipping may be from abroad, depending on where you live, and could take a few days depending on availability. This is just a side note.
