I thought I might be able to help you, but a scan of the mentioned frequency didn't show the channel, so I figured it must be an encrypted channel, and those aren't displayed for me (intentionally).
So I checked Satindex, and it seems to be an encrypted channel that changed frequencies a few days ago.
In the forum, I found several posts about the channel and the "black screen" issue, and near the end of the post LINK someone with TVH seems to have had the same experience with the 1920x540 resolution. The last post LINK seems to be from you or someone with the same name. 😉
Unless you find someone here who has the ability to receive this specific encrypted channel and analyze the logs, it will unfortunately be difficult to find help here. I thought I could, but unfortunately, I don't have a module or a working card, not to mention that working cards are extremely rare anyway due to hardware restrictions imposed by the providers.
