Hi everyone,
I’ve just started using Tvheadend and I have to say — it’s an amazing piece of software. Huge thanks to the developer(s)!
After some experimenting, I managed to set up a few networks and build my own “legal” channel list.
However, I’ve run into a problem that I can’t figure out. Here’s what’s happening:
When a channel shows both input and output at 0, it still stays in the “running” state.
Because of that, the failover doesn’t kick in, even though the channel actually has multiple services available.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
And would it be possible to add an option to mark a channel as error whenever input and output drop to 0 kbps — so that the next network can automatically take over?
Right now, when it drops to zero, the channel just freezes and only stops after the timeout period.
Thanks a lot to anyone who can help or who’s interested in looking into this.
Have a great day — and again, big thanks for this fantastic program!
