EDIT:
Okay it seems i missunderstood your Problem a little and can not Edit my last Answer so i need to write a new Answer or Correct it a little.
TVH just shows wich TVH user created the Record, in your case its nyholkuu but it have nothing to do with Linux Userrights that are running in the Backgound. Under TVH it only shows different Owners if you have many of them to clearly seperate who ist the Owner/Creator of the Record. If you need many different TVH Users create them and the depended User/owner/creator for the Records will shown up.
Your Records should have the Linux user and group rights hts:video wich is undepended from the user you log in to TVH, in your case nyholkuu. By default all Records have the Linux user and group rights hts:video, that is the TVH (system) user and the group for that user.
Make sure all your Records are created as Linux user and group hts:video wich should by default done so check that the folder where your Records are placed also have hts:video rights, and change if there are existing records to user and group hts:video.
If there is no user shown for your Records you can change the owner by click on the Record and Edit, then you can change it to nyholkuu.
I think these Records with no Owner and just 127.0.0.1 as Creator are Records created without username login to TVH. You may have allowed open Login to everyone without username and Passwort and you can only connect to 127.0.0.1 with your KODI on the same machine as TVH. Because 127.0.0.1 is always localhost.
On the TVH machine you can connect from KODI to TVH with 127.0.0.1, wich means the same machine, or the IP Adress you have given to your TVH machine wich seems 192.168.1.73. On all other KODI Clients you need to set up the real IP 192.168.1.73 to Connect.
As for your TVH Userprofile nyholkuu, please set the "DVR configuration profiles" to "(Default profile)" or wich Profile you have setup to use the external USB Drive.
