TvheadEnd sets mux "fails" even with video data

Hi, i added an "Automatic IPTV network". TvHeadEnd correctly found all muxes.
While scanning muxes, tvheadend sets "status" to "fail" even while video data are preset.
I mean: I tried to directly use an http link; i tried to use "A/V library" using the same http link. TvH starts retrieving video data but at the end it sets "status: fail" . I also tried to use the ffmpeg command both in tvh and in terminal shell. In tvh it doesn't work; in terminal ssh everything works fine.
Why it happens? Why tvh cannot retrieve video information even with video data? What could i do to make tvh set mux as "success" ?

tvheadend got "Bad file descriptor" after scan. I also already tried to use ffmpeg and mpv both via pipe:// .
Nothing changes.
The mux is in "hls" format, but, using A/V Library, it is converted to mpegts. Also, using pipe://ffmpeg i forced the -f mpegts format. But, unfortunately, tvh get the same error.

it happens on a lot of muxes. Only 5-6 muxes work fine. The provider is the same for entire list
