pvcrick it's installed and shows up in my app list in mint but it wont let me login

What client are you using? Web browser, Kodi, other?
Did you install it or did it come bundled somehow?
If you installed it, what password(s) did you enter during the setup wizard?
Have you used TVH successfully in the past, or is this your first time?
