Are you saying that you can only tune 4 channels in total, or that you can only view 4 channels simultaneously?
If you only have 4 tuners then you will only be able to receive 4 broadcasters (muxes) simultaneously.
However, you should be able to receive multiple services from the same broadcaster simultaneously.
