Quattro LNB - does someone have a working configuration?

Hi, I want to use a quattro LNB on a PCI tuner with 4 inputs ( TBS6904SE DVB-S2X, see https://www.tbsdtv.com/products/tbs6904se-dvb-s2x-quad-tuner-pcie-card.html).

Without success.

Does anyone use a quattro LNB ?
