sorry if this comes under the VPN rules (not piracy), but I have server which I am hosting a tvheadend server on a remote server which doesn't have a lot of bandwidth to spare, which I am VPNing into to gain access to the tvheadend.
I am using kodi on my laptop to watch some free IPTV streams, and would like to know which of the two computers (remote server, or my laptop) will actually be the one that connects to the IPTV stream, from what I gather its the server but maybe the pass profile will work (im a complete noob sorry).
Or will their be a point where the remote server connects to the stream for some metadata or similar, but then after my laptop exclusively connects.
