I setup HW Transcoding for Vaapi... it works in common.
in Bitrate and max bitrate i have a 0 (so i guess i have no qualtily loss but im struggeling with a log entry
2025-02-06 14:06:38.554 libav: AVCodecContext: No quality level set; using default (25).
i found no place to add whta it wants.
in Quality i tired al values (-1 to 15 ) but this log entry never changed
How can i setup the transcoding (in this case from x264 to x265 w/o loosing quality
