Error import E2 bouquet

Hi to all.I have a problem when import e2 bouquet.I Save the E2 bouquet.tv after selecting add new.
I put the path to the file into the "External URL" input box, in the format file:///<path-to>/bouquets.tv
but i receive an error unable to open file permission denied.The files have active permissions
What could be the problem? HTS Tvheadend version 4.3.0_pre+202411122349-0_{built202411130404}git653bd0400_ubuntu22.04.1
