I am trying to set up a raspberry pi 5 with Tvheadend so i can receive an over the air channel from either a networked Silicon dust tuner or USB Happaugge tuner, and then Transcode form H264 to Mpeg, and then multicast out. I am new to this kind of build, and have unfortunately relied on ChatGPT for most of the instructions. It is telling me this can be done with a couple of mouse clicks and labeling a few profiles..... that does not appear to be true.
I have Tvheadend installed and the annoying 403 error has been fixed.
I cant scan for channels from the Happauge, so i just made a mux for a local channel and mapped the channels.
I then made a transcode stream profile, but can not assign any channels to it... or any other stream profile. There is no option.
This is where I am stuck......
