Too much queued table input data

I get this error every day and my server becomes unresponsive.
[WARNING] mpegts: too much queued table input data (over 2MB) for (null), discarding new
Does this mean the machine is running out of resources?

I run TVheadend using linuxserver.io docker image on a mini pc running openwrt. It has 8 gb of ram and a Celeron N4020 cpu.

This usually happens in the afternoon when I have a 1-hour recording scheduled. The weird thing is that I have a similar timer for 9 AM but I haven't seen the server crash at that hour.

I experienced this problem when I was debugging 'step-by-step' ... I assume was because transcoding thread was stopped and other threads were still fill in the buffers. Are you sure you don't have a high CPU load? I don't have experience with dockers so I don't know how you can confirm the CPU is not hogged by some process.
