EyeTV Netstream 4Sat and Unicable EN 50494 LNB

Hi everyone,
I have an EyeTV Netstream 4Sat that works perfectly with my Unicable EN 50494 LNB on the following four frequencies:
1210 MHz, 1420 MHz, 1680 MHz, 2040 MHz

However, I’m having issues when trying to use the following frequencies:
978 MHz, 1028 MHz, 1072 MHz, 1116 MHz

The device simply doesn’t work on these frequencies. I’m wondering if this is an issue with my LNB or if the EyeTV Netstream 4Sat only supports the four main frequencies for Unicable I.

I’m planning to buy a second EyeTV Netstream 4Sat and would like to utilize all 8 frequencies of my LNB. Does anyone have experience with this device and has tested whether it works on other frequencies besides the standard ones for Unicable I?

Alternatively, could the problem be specific to my LNB? If so, could anyone recommend a different Unicable LNB that is known to work with EyeTV Netstream 4Sat across all frequencies?

The issue turned out to be with the EyeTV Netstream app. It wasn’t saving the correct channel for the corresponding frequency on the device.

The solution was to manually edit the file located at /AppFS_0/LnbConfiguration.json on the device. Specifically, I had to adjust the "UserBandIndex" value in each line to match the desired frequency.

After making these changes, the device started working perfectly on all frequencies.
