TV Headend and Freesat on mux changes

I’ve got a TV Headend setup connected to a Megasat sat>ip receiver to receive the UK Freesat service.

My problem is that recently, channels have been moving around.

What is the process I should use to reset the channels that have moved? Currently, I try to scan the mux where the channels have moved to, but I get a Fail on scan. I’m a bit flummoxed.

An example, ITV1+1 moved to 11343.5v - so I scanned the Mux and get a fail. Consequently, no new services are added, so I can’t change the channel link.

Not sure about sat>ip.
With a regular tuner, I just set "Network discovery" to "New muxes + changed muxes".
Any changes seem to be picked up automatically during EPG scans.
I use a network bouquet to map the channels, so they are updated automatically too.

Some transponders on 23.5E are being changed from DVB-S to DVB-S2 while still carrying SD channels. Unless your tuner can auto-detect the change you will have to do it manually.

Kingofsat will have the current parameters.

It seems that the megasat tuner doesn’t do any automatic re-ordering (I wouldn’t expect it to either) so I have to handle it manually. Strangely though, it takes a day or two after the mux change for TV Headend to scan correctly.
