dewa I don't understand the point of seeing a free adapter.
You only have 1 active tuner, that is the Sony DVB-T tuner with the green icon. This means that you can only tune to the services on 1 mux. If that 1 mux is busy, and Kodi tries to tune to a service on another mux, the error that you saw will occur. Looking at the adapter status will tell you if that adapter is already in use when Kodi tries to use it.
dewa but the broadcast appears only if we can use Configuration -> DVB input -> Services -> map services, where only services that are not marked ignored in “map all services” are displayed.
