Why isnt this channel being mapped?

Hello. I use e2 bouquets to map my channels.
Some services are not being mapped, here is an example:

#SERVICE 1:0:19:36e7:c8c:3:ebae9e:0:0:0:

19 = HD
36e7 = 14055
c8c = 3212
3 = 3
ebae9e = 15445662 = ???

Can anyone see why this service isn't being mapped?
The only part I am unsure on is the "ebae9e" part and if it matters.

If you look, you will see the part I am unsure on changes between services.

There is another bouquet here that uses a slightly different namespace

#SERVICE 1:0:19:36E7:C8C:3:EB0000:0:0:0:

Is it possible both are correct, but TVH doesn't like ones that don't end in "0000"?
