IPTV streams started to buffer really hard

Hey, since some days my iptv streams in tvheadend buffer so hard that it is not watchable anymore. I haven't changed anything with the config or the Internet connection. I tried everything- restart the raspberry and the tvheadend, reconnect the router - nothing helped.

Any ideas?

Have you checked to see if the problem is between the IPTV source and your Raspberry Pi, or between your Raspberry Pi and your playback device?

Have you tested directly streaming your IPTV service to your playback device using VLC or similar?
If you have an older recording, from before the problem, are you still able to play that OK?
Can you do a short recording of an IPTV source, copy that to your PC/Mac/Phone and then play that recording directly?
Are you doing any transcoding on your Raspberry Pi? Have you tried passthru so see if that makes a difference?

Well yes, direct streaming does work.
I don't have any recordings, sorry.
