Tvheadend, with only IPTV networks. as SAT>IP server?

Hi all, first post here. I am running version 4.3-2323 in docker from the linuxserver.io image.
The network of the container is in host mode.

On 1 server, I only have IPTV networks, and I was thinking of setting this one up as SAT>IP server, so another one can connect to it. Is this possible with IPTV networks only?

I already activated SAT>IP by setting the listening port, and I also filled in the SAT>IP source number for a network.
And finally I restarted the container. Now when looking on my second server I don't see anything show up in the tv adapters tab after scanning for SAT>IP server. So this got me thinking it might not work with IPTV networks.

Is it possible I forgot something in the settings?
