The module is reserved for CI+ use only

Greeting,
I have TBS6590CI + TVH Tvheadend 4.3-2323_g73a6bd00d, running on ubuntu 20.04. I also have the original CAM from the DVB-T provider in Croatia.
About 60 services work fine, only on one channel I get this message in TVH:
"en50221: dvbca0-0: ops menu: {"title":"Irdeto Access","subtitle":"PROMPT","bottom":"Press 'OK' or 'EXIT' to quit.","choices": ["The module is reserved for CI+ use only."]}"
It's a bit strange to me that all the channels work normally, only this one doesn't. For example Arenasport1,2,3,5,6,7,8 work, only Arenasport 4 does not work.
I don't see any pattern.
If all sports channels, which are included in the additional package, do not work, it would be logical to me, but only one...
If anyone has had a similar problem and solved it, please help.

I read whole internet.
If this is usefull for someone.

Managed to solve this using minisatip + TVH.
Decrypting is handled by minisatip.
It was ci+ problem 🙂
