Adding Bouquet doesn't add channels

I've just reinstalled from scratch the latest tvheadend on Ubuntu 23.10 - which is showing as version 4.3-2313_gc63115464. I've gone through the various setup steps and scanned for Bouquets which are showing a number of available services, however, when I add them, no channels are being added.

For example, when adding "ARD Digital" with 134 services, debug logging shows:

but no channels appear in the channel listing.

I've tried adding a number of different bouquets (mostly Freesat ones as well) and I've had no luck. I see services showing up in the services list, but they never seem to be added to the channel list.

Is there a guide or some advice that I've missed?

When scan is complete have you tried under the Services tab Map All Services

Typically, watching 11425H fixed freesat (I had tried this a couple of times, but this time I had it running whilst I added the bouquet and that seemed to fix it).

For ARD Digital - I could add it when I said to add zero numbered channels, although they're then all zero. Does anybody know if the German channels need specific numbering? My previous setup I just pulled out the ones I was specifically interested in, but I'd like to do it properly if that is possible. I was hoping to avoid setting some random numbers on over 100 channels.
