Tvheadend with SS IPTV

Hello,
I've running my tvheadend Server on my Synology NAS and it works perfect.
Im using a chromecast with kodi on my TV and everything works.

Now I have another TV. This isnt running with android but is also a smart tv.
Installed is an appstore called Netrange.
Kodi isnt available in this apps but an app called ss iptv. Is it possible to stream my rv headend to this App? An if it is can u tell me how I set this up or link me a guide.
I haven't found anything for this on the Internet.

SSIPTV work but on some TV's channels start slower
EPG is also solvable, just need to make playlist and on top need to add
#EXTM3U x-tvg-url="EPG_url"
EPG_url is

http://tvh.ip.orr.dns:9981/xmltv/channels

playlist can be loaded even automatically without setting on app, on this URL

http://iptv.local/playlist.m3u

by set local dns and http server

Can you explain a bit more about this?
I can
curl http://<myurl>:9981/xmltv/channels
and get some output

I need to create the playlist and add
#EXTM3U x-tvg-url="<myurl>:9981/xmltv/channels "
to the top, how do I do this bit? Can I do it within tvheadend?
