I am running Tvheadend 4.3 in a docker on my truenas server.
No matter what player I use (VLC, Plex, Media Player Legacy) in Windows the I get stutter every 1s. However when I watch it on my android phone with dream player or on my TV with Plex for WebOS the stream works fine.
Any Ideas?
