The ID that you are seeing is the internal UUID for that channel, it can not be changed. Any changes that you need to make, you will need to make them AFTER having extracted the XMLTV data from TVH.
You can use the ‘api/channel/grid’ call to get a list of channels. Perhaps there is some information there that could be useful for renaming.
If there is not enough data there, you can also use the ‘/api/idnode/load?uuid=<channel_id>’ call to get all the information about the channel.
If you are not using TVH as a DVR and only for extracting EPG, you could manually set the LCN field to whatever channel number you want and set the service not to auto-update the LCN. You will still have to reformat your data externally to TVH.
