i want to add DVP IP Stream from Kathrein IP Gateway and get this error.

2024-01-14 12:43:41.935 iptv: rtp://192.168.1.198@239.0.0.6:1006 in test - cannot bind 239.0.0.6:1006
[e=Permission denied]
if i try it with Digital Devices Octopus it works.
