most channels doesn't have EPG data

My System:

* Ubuntu 12.04 x86_64
* TurboSight TBS 6981 DualPort DVB-S2
* HTS TVheadend 3.2.18

I've configured the epg grabber to use xmltv for europe. Some channels has epg data, most not.

For example:

Sky Cinema and Sky Cinema HD has a working EPG, SAT.1 in all forms doens't have it.

I don't know where the Problem is.
