Rather, when you do have a working setup you note down the likes of kernel version number, any particulars like firmware versions and instructions for building drivers etc if it’s applicable.
Of course supplying all relevant information on hardware and software setup from the get go helps greatly too.
I highly recommend that new users to TVH select a flavour of Linux that is well documented to work with TVH with the minimum of fuss. Plenty of examples of that here on the forum.
Ideally building and compiling your own TVH would be the way to go but not everyone is comfortable doing that and I don’t see too many discussions on TVH running on Fedora. I did ask here why Fedora on a couple of occasions but didn’t get an answer.
