How To Scan For ATSC Channels?

Hello,

I'd just install Tvheadend and hours after, I'm still figuring out how to scan for channels.

I do make a search on this forum and also on the project's wiki pages without any clues.

We can see in the screenshot that I'd took that the tuner is detected by Tvheadend.

Do I need to know the frequencies or I can do a scan for available over-the-air channels?

Make sure your ATSC-t adapter is enabled

go to networks

create new network choosing ATSC center frequencies and the adapter you enabled

Apply/create/save

highlight the network you just created and choose scan

if you have the antennae working muxes will be found

under muxes create services
