TVHeadend does not see sat2ip tuners from DigitalDevices OctopusNet

Hello All!

Just installed latest TVHeadend and want to use it as a sat2ip client for OctopusNet sat2ip server.
TVHeadend is running on Ubuntu machine with the same sub-network as Octopus net device. No any Firewalls/ets.
Octopus Net is "ping-able" from Ubuntu and wise versa.

At TVHeadend no any sat2ip adapters.

Installed Plex to the machine with TVH for tests, and there at Plex, sat2ip tuners from Octopus net are visible.

What could be wrong? Where to look?

Sat>ip (not sa2ip) need option to be enabled when Tvheadend is build
Go toAbout click ontoggle details and see if there is sat>ip support.

TVH is built with: ... satip_server - yes and satip_client - yes ... options.
What the strange also, sat2ip tuners from OctoNet are visible at TVH if machine connected via wi-fi, but not if via Ethernet.

Tried to connect machine and OctoNet directly to router, still no positive results...

So, i guess need to go further with the networking stuff, in order to find out why sat2ip tuners not visible over ethernet.

Check your firewall.

Checked... all is open there.

Try with "stupid" switch betwin devices.
Devices need to be in same segment of network no routing etc.
