Thank you for response i see that posts its old like 5 yearsand i see it rfear in general to librelec and other os,me i have latest raspbian and another thing i dont have to much acnolwedge about tvheadend.

Indeed many of the useful posts here are 5 years or more old. It’s been very quiet over the intervening years on the forum.

I linked that post to get things started for you. Hopefully others with similar setups to yourself will join in with some useful advice.

You could also try asking over at the Raspberry Pi forum if no further help is forthcoming here.

I put another version whit snap on new raspberry pi 4 whit 4Gb ram and its working greate whit this tuner,i intended to add second tuner to rpi for same network cable,thank you all for help,i will come back for athers problems.
