No channel numbers on DVB-S

Hey everyone,

I've used TVH since multiple years together with Plex to record and stream DVB-C and all channels always got their numbers auto assigned. Now we installed a satellite dish (Astra 19.2E) and I used a TBS6985 that had issues with my server (not recognized after reboot). Because of that issue I switched to a DigitalDevices DuoFlex S2. On both cards I was able to recieve all channels but also on both cards I never got channel numbers assigned, so all channels are on 0. To be able to use channels in plex they need different channel numbers. Now of course I can assign the numbers by hand, but shouldn't tvheadend get those numbers by itself? A TV connected to the same dish gets all channels with the common numbers.

My setup:
Tvheadend 4.3-2030~gca756e3f7 in linuxserver/tvheadend:latest docker on Unraid

Location: Germany

What I tried so far:
- normal scan and mapping all services

- normal scan and only enable a bouquet

Am I doing something wrong? Is it expected behavior on DVB-S?

Did you enable channel numbering before scanning.

I saw that setting somewhere and I'm pretty sure I enabled it, but where do I find it to check it?

That post was actually the reason why I did try the bouquets. I attached a screenshot of the created bouquets (the first one is the one created with all services of the network, in total there are 56 bouquets). So there is no boquet that is containing all channels of the provider.
