Stream one tuner to multiple devices

I'm wondering if it's possible to stream whats on one TV to other TV's?

So if I change channel on TV1 it will also change on TV2 and vice versa?

Essentially I'd like to have a "follow me" kind of setup.

TV in Kitchen and Living Room both showing the same thing?

Sorry I'm new to TVheadend setup/Kodi so hopefully this makes sense?

You can certainly play the same channel on multiple clients, but there's no mechanism that would change the channel on one client by changing the channel on a different one.

Is there a proper way to do this?

Current I've found if I set the channel on one TV then go to the second and tune to the same channel manually it works but bit of a pain.

You need somehome assistant implementation for this ;)
