TVH showing the wrong channel logos

TVH is showing different channel logos in kodi than the ones configured, but tvh webinterface shows the right logo.

How can i solve this ?

Clear cache in kodi

Did that through menu option 'Clear data': Settings - PVR & Live TV - General - Clear data

But this doesn't help.

Also: TvhClient on iPad and iPhone also shows the wrong channel logos

Notice all three clients show different icons:

NPO 2 HD (npo2hd.png)
iPhone: ZDF HD
iPad: ZDF HD

Kodi: correct

NPO 3 HD (npo3hd.png)
iPhone: correct
iPad: ESPN3

It seems in a new setup the imagecache is enabled even when the checkbox in the web interface is off. I guess that when there is no config file in the imagecache folder, this function is ON by default. Switching it on and back off again writes the config file with mode OFF and this solves the mixed randomized logo-image problem (for now anyway).
