How to compile Tvheadend for Android and getting an APK file

As the title says: How can I compile Tvheadend so I can use it on Android as server, preferable an APK to sideload it.

I like the Tvheadend version for Nvidia Shield, but also would like to use it on other Android devices.

Can someone provide an Android build please?

You can just download the APK file and install it. But make sure the Unknown sources is turned on. Or you can sideload the tvheadend apk

Thanks, yes, I know, but I think you don't understand my question ;-) I also want to compile Tvheadend for Android for myself because this is an older version of Tvheadend. Maybe with use of Ubuntu under Windows 10?

Or can someone compile an Android build and share it for here? (both 32 and 64 bit versions)
