Tvheadend with VLC and User Credentials

HEllo,

I need to use VLC with tvheadend with user authentication, i downloaded the playlist m3u file but no matter what the system is not allowing me to open vlc stream unless i configure user and password in tvheadend users list, this will allow the stream to work in vlc but not what i want, i want to have user authentication to open VLC streams

I tried to download the playlist using https://user:pass@server:9981:tvheadend/playlist/auth/channels and http://user:password@server:9981/playlist/channels with no luck, i am using version HTS Tvheadend 4.3-1967~geb59284b8, please advise

What is permissions of user?
Basically it need streaming/advanced streaming and web interface permissions.
To workauth need at password to be enabled persistent password.

Persistent authentication not enabled.
Go also to Setting and enableDigest ant Plain authentication
